Refund Policy
Terms for refunds on orders and balance top-ups.
1. General
This Refund Policy applies to services purchased on smmgoal.com. Our services are digital and delivered automatically or semi-automatically.
2. Completed orders
Once an order is marked completed, refunds for delivered services are generally not provided, except as stated below.
3. Eligibility
- Order not delivered due to Service fault within the stated timeframe.
- Material mismatch when a verified error is confirmed.
- Duplicate charge with proof.
4. Balance
Refund of unused balance to a card is at the administration's discretion. User Agreement.
5. How to request
Email support@smmgoal.com with order ID and description. Review: up to 5 business days. Tickets are also available after you sign in.
